Shipping & Returns
Due to our wide selection of rhinestones, shirt colors, and styles, each of our rhinestone products is made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, we can only accept returns under the following guidelines. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product(s).
Custom and personalized products are only exchangeable if they were damaged in shipment, or differ from what you ordered online. All products with a custom name, phrase or unique selection (such as a symbol) are considered to be custom & personalized. We cannot accept returns on these items. Please check your spelling, grammar, colors, sizing, and punctuation before placing your order. The information on your website order form, or email invoice, is what we use to create your specialized design. Please double check before submitting.
We will exchange items that are not custom or personalized for a different size of the identical item (same style & color). All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of the products. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return. There is a $5 re-stocking fee per item on returns, and shipping charges are not reimbursed.
We ship USPS First Class Mail for packages weighing less than 1LB. Packages over 1LB will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org when your order ships. It may or may not include the tracking number depending on your order size / weight. Priority Mail is usually a 2-3 business day service, however, we are not responsible for delays related to the post office. We will do our best to accomodate special requests for expedited shipping and order deadlines. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you have a specific deadline. Our typical processing time is 2-3 weeks.
