Sparkle Queens was created in January 2012 by the owners of PageantResale.com.  Rachel and Theresa create custom rhinestone designs using the highest quality materials and equipment.  Sparkle Queens' designs are completely unique, and applied with a commercial grade heat press.  We believe in using high quality apparel for our rhinestone designs, giving you a complete product that compliments the female shape, and also is long lasting.
